Voyager Executive
Chauffeur Services, hereafter referred to as Voyager Executive
Chauffeur Services, Voyager Executive, we or us.
Voyager Executive Reserves the right to cancel travel arrangements
in the event of a National Emergency, war or riot, or serious
problems of any nature. Voyager Executive reserves the right to
cancel without liability to Voyager Executive, its officers,
owners or principals.
All Travel charges/fees/costs are payable in advance.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in full
charges being payable. Cancellations with 24-72 hours notice will
be liable to a 50% charge.
Travel Times stated are estimates. Our drivers will advise of a
suitable departure time based upon the journey and time of travel,
and take the route they believe is best for your journey. However,
Voyager Executive will not be liable, accountable or in any way
responsible for any loss, inconvenience or liabilities which may
be caused by delay en route, breakdown, theft or circumstance to
any Voyager Executive vehicle, however that occurs. Our Chauffeurs
will not meet any request to exceed the speed limit or to drive in
an unsuitable manner.
All luggage, property and personal effects are carried in vehicles
at owner's risk. Voyager Executive accepts no liability for loss,
damage or theft to luggage, property or personal effects carried
in vehicles, however that occurs.
Voyager Executive will abide by all Legal, Statutory and
Recommended requirements and Regulations. Chauffeur's rest periods
and working hours may affect journey times
Only Voyager Executive Chauffeurs are permitted and insured to
drive vehicles.
Voyager Executive operate NON-SMOKING vehicles. If requested
Voyager Executive Chauffeurs will provide smoking stops when and
where it is safe to do so.
Voyager Executive will hold liable any client or clients who cause
damage or are responsible for any act which results in the
necessity for the vehicle in which they are traveling to be
unusable immediately after the end of their journey. For example,
a clean and valet to the interior of the vehicle would result in
it being unusable. The client or clients will therefore be liable
for all costs incurred including cancelled bookings and cleaning/valeting
expenses. This includes clients who may be ill during the journey
Voyager Executive reserve the right to refuse to carry or to
offload passengers who behave in an abusive manner towards the
Chauffeur or other guests. We reserve the right to refuse to carry
or to offload any passenger who's behavior we deem to be
unacceptable. Unacceptable Behavior means not wearing a seat-belt,
opening or closing doors (this must be done by the chauffeur),
interfering with the controls of the vehicle, leaning out of the
window of the Vehicle, exceeding the maximum permitted number of
Passengers, smoking in the Vehicle, being under the influence of
excessive alcohol or under the influence of or in possession of
any illegal substance, being violent, aggressive or a danger or
potential danger to himself or any other person, being excessively
rowdy or being in any way in an unfit state to travel.
Any journey terminated for any of the above reasons will be
charged at the full amount agreed for the booking prior to
departure and any action required to make the vehicle suitable for
re-use.
The Conditions set out above, and all other expressed Terms of
Contract, shall be governed and are construed in accordance with
the laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
